Nominee must be a Veteran of the Armed Services, must submit proof of honorable discharge, a minimum of one photograph, and must be a resident of Monmouth County. 

For consideration, please complete the nomination form below.  All fields are required. A maximum of 3 photographs, not to exceed 5 MB can be submitted.  Questions should be emailed to Veteranshonorsprogram@mcsonj.org. 

The Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office will select and feature up to  5 nominees per month.  Selected Veteran nominees will be notified by the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office, Veterans Services Officer  and will be featured on all Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office Social Media outlets.  Selected Veterans will also receive a letter of appreciation from Monmouth County Sheriff Shaun Golden.
